Job Information

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and executing CRM initiatives and loyalty programs (Hut Rewards and yuu) to drive customer loyalty - Member automation journey, offer and segmentation strategies
  • Develop and manage member acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies to improve customer loyalty 
  • Establish marketing and promotional strategies to maximize interests of the Company and induce new business opportunities 
  • Monitor KPIs and evaluation on CRM performance to optimize spend & performance for continuous improvement 
  • Formulate strategic marketing (Member automation, offer and segmentation) and implement appropriate marketing programme 
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized communications 
  • Utilize CRM database and tools to generate actionable insights, predict business opportunities, and personalize engagements plan 
  • Manage and maintain CRM databases and ensure data accuracy 
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices in CRM for innovation and continuous improvement 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing / Business Analytic / Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • 5 years or above solid experience in Marketing and CRM, with at least 2 years at supervisory level 
  • Proven management abilities in strategic planning and budgeting 
  • Proactive, Responsible, Strong marketing sense and high attention to details 
  • Solid expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Braze, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) 
  • Proven experience in database management and CRM dashboard development 
  • Strong analytical skill, presentation, negotiation, problem solving and people & management skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
