Job Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Project Governance: Supervise, review, and mentor Senior Marketing Officers on daily workflow execution, campaign milestones, agency deliverables, and POSM rollouts to maintain high execution standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies on the 360-degree (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, PR) execution of marketing plans, core menu pillars, innovation platforms, and promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and strict delivery timelines.
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of IP partnerships, brand collaborations, and other related marketing projects.
  • Assist in the end-to-end set up and execution of campaign/ product consumer research, analysing customer purchase behaviour, feedback and trade intelligence to drive data-informed marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Lead and execute localized marketing plans and store-level activations for key store networks in Hong Kong and Macau market and to drive regional growth. Oversee in-store POP roadmaps, promotional materials, and audio execution, coordinating with design teams to ensure clear and engaging customer journeys.
  • Support the execution of Daily Value/Everyday Value (DV/EV) promotional frameworks; prepare marketing ROI documents, budget tracking, and post-campaign performance analyses.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with store operations, product developers, and external partners regarding promotional mechanics, key events, and new packaging rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline with at least 4 years of solid marketing experience in F&B, QSR, FMCG, or Retail.
  • Proven track record or strong aptitude in supervising or driving junior team members and managing multi-stakeholder project timelines.
  • Hands-on understanding of the QSR landscape, menu marketing, and managing integrated ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns across HK and Macau.
  • Highly organized with a strong track record in budget tracking, agency oversight, and managing multi-stakeholder project timelines.
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze campaign ROI, traffic metrics, and sales data to inform future activations.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
