Job Information

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Assist the department manager in planning, driving, and managing software development projects, including requirement analysis, scheduling, risk control, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead team members in system design, architecture planning, technical evaluation, and development implementation.
  3. Establish and continuously improve SDLC processes (requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance) to ensure compliance with company governance and audit standards.
  4. Communicate and coordinate across departments (PM, Infra, Business) to align technical solutions, requirements, and timelines.
  5. Monitor project progress and quality, and provide regular status updates to management.
  6. Mentor team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice sharing.
  7. Support troubleshooting of critical system issues, including performance tuning and risk mitigation.
  8. Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards to ensure long-term maintainability.
Requirements:

Must-Have

  1. 5+ years of professional software development experience (Java, .NET equivalent technologies).
  2. At least 1–2 years of experience in a team lead, technical lead, or supervisory role.
  3. Solid knowledge of software architecture design, RESTful APIs, database design, and version control systems (Git).
  4. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Experience conducting code reviews and defining development standards.
  7. Basic English communication skills, including the ability to participate in meetings, read technical documents, and communicate with cross-functional or overseas teams.


Nice-to-Have

  1. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
  2. Experience managing teams of 3–10 engineers.
  3. Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  4. Experience in e-commerce, or POS-related systems.
  5. Knowledge of security controls, IT audits, or SDLC governance processes.
