50% | Campaign Execution & Automation l Set up and deploy marketing automation campaigns via Braze (or similar platforms), including canvas building and message flows l Coordinate lifecycle journeys using multi-channel communication (APP push, LINE, SMS, EDM, Web, etc.) l Continuously optimize campaign logic and support A/B testing implementation |
25% | Operations & Experience Support l Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Operation, Marketing, DTS to ensure comprehensive member experience. This includes solving member queries on points mechanics, member exclusive campaigns, or other membership related issues. l Gatekeep member exclusive coupons, by co-working with agencies and internal departments; and manage coupon validity and quantity with coupon calendar. l Undertake individual tasks as assigned. |
15% | Cross-Functional Communication l Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign timing, readiness, and execution. l Share campaign insights, learnings, and status updates in clear and structured ways. l Contribute to ideation or innovation projects within the CRM team. |
10% | Performance Tracking & Administration l Responsible for departmental expense tracking l Provide accurate performance tracking on CRM campaigns, with tools such as Power BI. |

1. Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, eCommerce, or tech-savvy project roles
- Enthusiastic about trying new tools and technologies
- Experience with Braze, Salesforce, or other CRM/automation platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data, logic, and user flows
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to communicate in a structured and concise way.
- Proactive, fast learner, and enjoys solving problems through experimentation
