Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery
    • Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (apps, websites, e-commerce) within scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Translate business requirements into UI/UX designs, prototypes, and customer journey maps.
    • Develop test plans, oversee UAT, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management
    • Coordinate internal teams, global stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve milestones.
    • Manage and mentor 5–8 IT professionals (goal-setting, performance reviews, training).
    • Advocate local business needs within the company IT framework.
  • Strategy & Optimization
    • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, sales growth, and customer experience.
    • Drive efficiency by standardizing best practices (design, workflows, security).
    • Monitor IT KPIs, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Risk & Innovation
    • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks proactively.
    • Stay ahead of tech trends (AI, cloud, analytics); recommend innovations for digital growth.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in IT/digital project management, including 4+ years in leadership.
    • Proven track record managing teams and complex projects (e.g., apps, e-commerce).
  • Languages:
    • Fluent English (written/spoken) and Mandarin. Cantonese would be advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Agile problem-solver and adept at multitasking under pressure.
    • Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working with in-house and remote teams as well as third-party vendors.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver projects under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred
    • CRM, Adtech/Martech, or data-driven marketing experience.
    • Certifications in PMP, Scrum, or cloud technologies.
