Position Summary:
The JRGTW e-Commerce marketing manager is responsible for growing PH/KFC Taiwan owned-channel digital sales (Online/KIOK/BYOD) thru developing activation plan based on aligned strategy/KPI from EC Director and supervising the EC team to implement plans via working with cross functions (CRM/MKT/DTS/OP) and external agency (Media/Martech).

1. Minimum education requirement
- Bachelor degree required. Business related major is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- A minimum of 8 years related EC operation experience (owned channel is preferred), with at least 3 years of people management experience.
- Expertise in the EC fields and EC platform management with the below experience:
- Data-driven digital campaign planning/implementation.
- Developing/managing paid/owned channel strategy/implementation plan.
- Performance marketing to drive ROAS.
- Managing/optimizing ordering platform to improve CV%
- Experience in managing yearly budget and A&P.
- Experience in people management (2 people above, AM level) and cross-function collaboration.

- Good hands-on Experience in GA4 analysis
- Willing to develop people within the team
- Good English verbal and written skills.
