Regular and Ad hoc Reporting
Timely and accurately complete the regular weekly / monthly management/ ad-hoc reporting process, including:
· Profit and Loss account variance analysis & monthly reports to store and group level
· Support manager to understand P&L results and provide timely insights
· Preparing monthly shareholder review meeting presentation materials
· Annually strategic review material preparation (Industrial Micro/Macro status etc.)
Budgeting
· Support budget sales computing to stores with budget tool
· Annual forecasts and budget presentation deck
· To prepare whole budget timetable and consolidate related data/information from functions
· Preparation head office reporting package
· Drive analytical and conceptual thinking with the business that extends beyond the P&L into strategy
Cashier Back up
· To be trained Cashier daily works and be as cashier back up
· Petty Cash distribution
Support Ad hoc Projects
· Support the buildup of financial modeling on new events and efficiency enhancement
· Support digital reporting project to enable business intelligence and improve workflow efficiency
· Work with different functions on ad hoc projects requiring support from Finance
Qualifications:
1. Minimum education requirement
- Bachelor’s degree, major in finance, accounting is a plus
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- 2 years
3. Basic skills requirements
- Strong PC skills (MS Office relation applications, particularly Excel), knowledge with Power BI is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Efficient, strong attention to details and due time and ability to deal with ad hoc requests
