Job Information

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with functional teams such as operations, marketing, and supply chain to provide strategic financial input and recommendations to enhance financial performance and strategic direction in business activities
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights to support the senior management team’s decision-making process
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assist in business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Prepare and enhance financial analysis, financial reporting, and management report presentations that clearly communicate and track key performance indicators and financial metrics for senior management
  • Drive and improve the ZBB budgeting and forecasting process with detailed granularity aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare presentation materials (e.g., business performance updates, business proposals, project updates) for internal and external stakeholders, such as shareholders and franchisors
  • Drive initiatives for process improvements and lead the implementation of high-quality and efficient reporting tools, including dashboards and visualisation tools, by leveraging technology and best practice


Requirements:
  • Holder of a degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and qualification in HKICPA/ACCA; preference for expertise in financial planning and analysis
  • Candidates with F&B background will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A, preferably within the F&B industry
  • Possess strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis and visualization tool e.g. PowerBI
  • Proactive, a strong team player, capable of working independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
