1. Research projects management: Coordinate with external research agencies for brand health tracking. Lead research-related project from preparation to post-result sharing.
2. Generate consumer insights and market intelligence that support business strategies and decision-making.
3. Sales data analysis from product view, scheme view, channel view, etc, to form deep understanding for on-going business.
40% Commercial Projects and Initiatives
1. Lead value initiatives and develop marketing promotion activities, tracking results to understand business impact.
2. Lead menu and pricing strategy development based on commercial and consumer insight.
3. Drive own Media communication material development and calendar development.
20% Cross Functional Collaboration
1. Cross-Functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and EC/CRM team to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery of initiatives.
2. Omi-channel process optimization.
1. Minimum education requirement
- BS Degree with major in Marketing or Business Management. MBA is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required.
- 3-5 years marketing or trade marketing experience in FMCG/F&B/QSR industry.
- (Preferred) 1-2 years in research agency or in-house insight team.
3. Basic skills requirements
- Data Analysis: Good in data analysis and sensitive to numbers to figure out drivers for effectiveness. Can logically generate implication from information.
- Commercial sense: Business acumen, strong logical thinking and with commercial planning skill
- Communication Skills: Can smoothly communicate objective and direction with cross function
- Project management: Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously, deliver final result on time.
- Be Agility: can accept and handle fast retailer working speed & tempo, and willing to adapt changes.
- English: Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
