Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

 Logistics Budget, Cost and Commercial Governance

·       Own annual logistics budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis across transportation, warehousing, temporary storage, handling, fuel, special-service and other surcharge costs.

·       Review 3PL billing, cost allocation and surcharge legitimacy; lead cost challenge, claim recovery and productivity actions while protecting required service levels.

·       Build transparent cost visibility by brand, temperature zone, delivery frequency & region, restaurant type and service model to support management decisions and 3PL negotiations.

·       Partner with Finance on logistics cost outlook, budget updates, productivity pipeline and business-case evaluation.


  3PL Operations, Warehouse, Transportation and Cold-Chain Governance

·       Manage 3PL daily operations across inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, loading, transport, returns and issue escalation.

·       Ensure 3PL warehouse and transport operations comply with JRG systems and operating standards, applicable food-safety and occupational-safety requirements, brand expectations and recognized industry practices.

·       Establish rigorous cold-chain control for frozen, chilled and ambient products, including temperature monitoring, pre-cooling, loading and unloading exposure control, vehicle readiness, temperature-record review and corrective-action closure.

·       Drive warehouse process discipline, fleet readiness, route execution, truck utilization, capacity planning, emergency response and peak or LTO preparedness.

 

Restaurant Delivery Service, KPI Management and Continuous Improvement

· Define, monitor and improve logistics service KPIs, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, shortage and damage rate, cold-chain compliance, unloading efficiency, complaint closure and restaurant service friendliness.

· Lead regular 3PL business reviews, operational meetings and site audits; drive root-cause analysis, action plans, preventive controls and clear vendor accountability.

· Translate restaurant feedback into practical service improvements that enhance ease of receiving, operating efficiency and trust in logistics support.

· Develop and maintain logistics performance dashboards, trend analyses and early-warning mechanisms to identify service risks, support timely escalation and enable transparent management decision-making.


 Logistics Network Optimization and Strategic Projects

· Optimize logistics network design, including distribution-center footprint, location and capacity, delivery territories, cross-dock feasibility, route design, delivery frequency, cut-off time, truck and fleet configuration, and service model by restaurant profile.

· Lead 3PL RFP, contract renewal, rate-card redesign, new DC assessment, 3PL transition and network transformation projects.

· Identify productivity and innovation opportunities through load consolidation, routing improvement, warehouse-process redesign, digital visibility tools, WMS / TMS enhancement and data-driven operations.

 

· Develop continuity and risk-mitigation plans for warehouse capacity constraints, transportation disruption, cold-chain incidents, severe weather, supplier transition and demand surges.


People Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Lead, coach and develop logistics team members through clear accountability, capability development, performance management and practical problem-solving routines.

· Serve as the operational bridge between Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, QA, Ops, FIN and suppliers.

 

· Communicate logistics risks, service impact, cost implications and improvement roadmaps clearly to Head of SCM, GMs and key stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

Education

University degree or above. Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Food Science or related disciplines are preferred.


Experience

At least 7 years of logistics or supply-chain experience, including at least 3 years of people leadership, 3PL governance or distribution-center management. QSR, food service, FMCG, retail, cold chain or multi-temperature distribution experience is strongly preferred.


Analytics & Optimization

Strong capability in logistics cost analysis, KPI management, route / fleet optimization, network design, capacity planning and business-case development.


Systems & Tools

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, BI dashboards or logistics data platforms is an advantage.
