Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will support the marketing team in daily operational activities and campaign execution to ensure smooth and effective delivery of marketing and promotional programmes.


  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the marketing team
  • Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Support system setup, revamp and upgrades, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various campaigns
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, external agencies and vendors on marketing programmes
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and related documentation
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience; F&B or FMCG background is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Passionate about F&B, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant position
