Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Engagement Program and Corporate Social Responsibility- 50%

Independently plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities/events (e.g. team-building, appreciation campaigns, cultural celebrations, etc.) in addition to current ones.

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to align engagement activities with company values to reach the company’s CSR objectives.

Monitor and assess the impact of engagement initiatives through feedback, surveys, and participation data.

Champion employee communication and internal branding related to engagement programs.

 

(Current events: Volunteering Activities, Green Month, Sports Day, Year-End Party)

 

 

Recruitment Process and Administration Support- 40%

Support RSC (總公司) recruitment by proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines.

Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to qualified candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers.

Identify opportunities and propose initiatives related to current workflow.

Develop and promote employer brand by presenting the company at activities linked to recruitment.

Handle TA team’s administrative requirements, and review relevant documents and procedures periodically to ensure it is aligned with company policy and the law.

 

 

Employee Relationship and Communication- 5%

Implement and communicate positive employee relations strategies that foster and promote company culture as well as encourage a harmonious, trusting and win-win relationship between employees and the company.

 

Project Management- 5%

Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by PNC Manager to meet business dynamic need.

Perform other related duties as required and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

At least 1 year working experience.

Experience in planning and organizing events or campaigns is a must.

Recruitment experience is a plus.

Good learning attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
