You will play a crucial role in aligning People & Culture strategies with our business objectives. Collaborating closely with internal departments, you will provide expert HR guidance, drive engagement initiatives, and bolster organizational development. Your proactive nature and exceptional interpersonal skills will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update staff information to ensure timely communication across departments
- Prepare and distribute headcount reports, including turnover rate analysis and staffing updates
- Maintain accurate records and compile management reports on staffing metrics and organizational changes to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate onboarding training sessions and ensure adherence to mandatory training programs
- Assist in crafting training plans and facilitate clear communication with participants to ensure the successful execution of programs
- Provide administrative support to the Business Partner (BP) team, contributing to diverse HR projects aligned with our business objectives
- Assist in preparing updates for Standard Operating Procedures, compliance initiatives, and the company handbook to ensure alignment with best practices
- Hold a degree in HR Management or a related field
- Possess at least 2 years of HR-related experience in large organizations; fresh graduates will also be considered
- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, and adept at multitasking
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
