Recruitment and Retention
· Develop, plan, and implement the recruiting and selection programs to fulfil business needs.
· Design and enhance the recruiting and selection process including job description review, choosing the effective recruitment channels, recruitment KPIs analysis & tracking and taking proper actions to improve.
· Conducts job interviews for the RSC managerial positions.
· Ensure successful execution of end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Manage a good partnership with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies/ vendors.
· Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and develop initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
· Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for leaving, analysis the root causes of the resignations, and proactively to figure out employee insights and seek for improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement Management
· Design, implement and manage employee recognition programs and employee relations initiatives.
· Develop company events to shape company cultures and enhance employee engagement such as annual party, employee events, CSR events.
· Conduct employee engagement survey (EES) and facilitate follow up actions.
Team Management
· Manage the team, particularly regarding performance management and team members development.
Project Management/ Administration
· Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor to meet business needs and new business requirements
· Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of RSC headcount management
1. Minimum education requirement
· Bachelor degree or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
· At least 7 years HR working experiences. Experience in retail is a plus.
· Sound HR knowledge in talent acquisition filed and/or other HR functions.
· Be able to work under pressure. Problem solver.
· Passionate, flexible and results oriented.
· Good interpersonal skills and time management skills.
3. Basic skills requirements
· Familiar with MS-Office.
· Good command of English.
