Job Information
Responsible for overall HR staffing functions, including develop and implement the staffing plan, establish appropriate recruitment channels, recruit qualified staff, and improve staff retention. And manage a range of activities related to employee engagement, health and safety and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Recruitment and Retention
· Assist HR Director to develop the staffing strategies and recruiting and selection policy changes.
· Design and enhance the recruiting and selection process (including organization and job description review, choosing the effective recruitment channels, recruitment KPIs analysis and tracking and taking proper actions to improve) to fulfill the manpower needs.
· Conducts job interviews for the RSC key jobs and managerial positions.
· Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and develop initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
· Manage good relations with various educational channels and oversee various internship and cooperative programs
· Manage a good partnership with OPS team, internal stakeholders (FH and managers) and external recruitment agencies/ vendors.
· Conduct exit interviews for assist managers and above to understand the reasons for leaving, analysis the root causes of the resignations, and proactively to figure out employee insights and seek for improvement opportunities.
Team Management
· Manage the staffing team, particularly regarding performance management and team members development
· Promote a customer focused and team-based culture
· Ensure team operate professionally
Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility Program
· Design, implement and managing motivational employee recognition programs and employee relations initiatives.
· Manage and act as a communication channel between the Company and employees.
· Organize company events to build team spirit and company cultures such as annual party, employee events, welfare committee events etc.
· Hold employer/employee meetings to harmonize employer/employee relationship.
· Identify and implement positive employee relations programs, in consultation with the relevant stakeholder groups, that will lead to a more efficient and motivated workforce
· Conduct employee engagement survey (EES) and facilitate follow up actions.
· Co-work with Marketing to develop an effective CSR program to engage employees and deliver agreed CSR targets.
1. Minimum education requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
· At least 8 years HR working experiences in large scale companies
· Sound HR knowledge in staffing and/or other HR functions
· Be able to work under pressure
· Passionate, being a quick learner & aggressive to delivery results
· Good analytical and Interpersonal skills
3. Basic skills requirements
· Familiar with MS-Office
· Good command of English
· Project Management Skills
