Job Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

  • An experienced marketer excellent on execution, with mindset of strategic thinking. 
  • Job Scope: Drive Limo growth and build new dessert line as sub-brand/virtual store and lead side dish continue strong growth momentum in own channel.  Also need to build new occasion via gifting, sports and branding communication. Develop NPD and IMC plan, and familiar with consumer research tool, A&P management, etc.  


Communication (in Digital/Platform/Alliance)

ü    IMC: creative brief, IMC plan

ü    Marketing Material Production

  • Digital/Social media: brief to creative agency, review copy/graphic, post-tracking
  • Leaflet production: brief, proposal, shooting support, print quality
  • POSM: brief to internal designer, print quality review, Qty estimation
  • PH website banner: brief to internal designer
  • PH website system: system brief, test, go live check
  • Tie-in voucher: brief to internal designer, print quality review
  • Virtual store set up and management

ü    Media

  • Media plan: brief, agency proposal, cue, implementation, post-tracking
  • Digital Media and social platform management 
  • PR/event: brief, event support, post-tracking


Product Development & Promotion & Process Management

ü    NPD/Promotion Proposal (national, tie-in), product quantity forecast, incentive scheme, cross-function shake-down, AC meeting, POS code application, store memo, internal marketing, periodically sales analysis (template design, data-mining, learning & next steps)

ü    Product can be digital products or physical food innovations, both applicable 

ü    Weekly sales tracking

ü    Process Management (central kitchen vs. OEM, FA channel management including listing and building virtual store with effective promotion planning)


Build gifting/home occasions (including sports, gaming, and drama) to increase CUO, customer usage occasion via exploring co-op opportunities or business platforms.

ü    Identify co-op opportunities with sizable business impact

ü    Set up KPI and track after execution

ü    Strategically build partnership with 3rd parties if needed


Consumer Insight, Competitors/Market monitor

ü    Market / Competitor Monitor

ü    FGD: brief, concept, screen, fieldwork, report

ü    Consumer validation: brief, screen, quotation review based on contract or previous quotation, questionnaire, fieldwork, report

ü    Call back survey: brief, call list, quotation review based on contract or previous quotation, questionnaire, fieldwork, report


Requirements:

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • BS Degree is must have. MBA is preferred.

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • At least 8 years of experience in the marketing related field (FMCG/EC industry or digital agency)
  • Digital Marketing experience is preferrable 
  • Experience in working in platform (like FA/Gaming/Line/91APP) is preferrable 
  • Strong passion for winning 
  • Entrepreneurship spirit 
  • New product/business development experience is preferred 
  • High growth performance with fast track record
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure with time management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Strong logic and strategic thinking, analytical skills, presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Positive thinking, self-driven, motivated, results oriented, adapt to change and open-minded for team work
  • Quick response, sense of urgency

3.    Basic skills requirements

  • Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
  • Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
