Job Responsibilities:


Position Summary

The marketing executive /specialist plays a key role to ensure Pizza Hut Limo’s growth momentum. This position assists Marketing Manager to manage Limo’s product portfolio optimization, IMC campaign as well as promotional programs, and channel performance monitor. The marketing executive /specialist is responsible for day-to-day data analysis, competitive tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial initiatives are delivered accurately and on time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Planning

  • Design and manage occasion-based coupons and promotional schemes to drive purchase frequency and re-purchase.
  • Conduct financial simulation to evaluate scheme effectiveness and ensure profitability.
  • Perform sales review and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage A&P budget tracking and consolidation for accurate reporting.

2. IMC Communication & Media Plan Support

  • Prepare communication briefs and supervise agencies to deliver projects on time with high quality.
  • Support IMC implementation via own digital ecosystem, including PK App, LINE, CRM, and online ordering journey.
  • Explore opportunities through digital CRM touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and retention.

3. Product Development & Research

  • Lead NPD direction briefing and manage development process from ideation to launch.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional management, including system setup and communication with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Ensure efficient time management to meet project milestones.

4. Routine Maintenance & Ad-hoc Support

  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting reports preparation.
  • Support line manager in ad-hoc commercial tasks and operational problem-solving.


Requirements:


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, QSR, or retail industry.
  • Experience in product development, commercial scheme planning, and IMC execution.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Fluent in business English writing and communication.
  • Title depends on candidate’s background.
