A. Project Management and Execution

B. Operations Performance Optimization
• Analyze operational data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous process enhancements.
• Stay informed on market trends and new technologies, applying these insights to improve operations and support digital transformation.
C. Coaching and Mentorship
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the operations team to develop their project management skills and competencies.
• Offer hands-on guidance to ensure the application of project management best practices in real-world scenarios.
• Deliver training on project management tools and techniques, ensuring the team can effectively lead and manage projects.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications is preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a multi-unit or large chain restaurant environment.
• Experience leading digital transformation projects aligned with brand strategy.
Proficient in project management tools.
• Strong experience in data analysis and process optimization.
