Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Training System Maintenance

  • Operate and manage the training system; provide timely and accurate information to the Operations team
  • Consolidate BSC / Five Star reports, including performance bonus calculations and application processes
  • Maintain and update training materials and content for the Operations Department on the internal Employee Portal


Operations Standards Training

  • Master all five core workstation skills; serve as trainer and evaluator
  • Understand and support the implementation of the “figure-eight” walkthrough for RGS certification
  • Provide coaching in BAGR and assist ARGM in identifying operational improvement opportunities


Talent Pipeline Management

  • Coordinate promotion evaluation schedules, participant tracking, venue and evaluator arrangements, result announcements, and approval processing
  • Maintain HR-related data including budgeted vs. actual headcount tracking; consolidate regional reports
  • Manage development programs and training hour planning


Operations Administration

  • Process store expense applications and reimbursement
  • Support recurring events and coordinate meetings
  • Handle official correspondence with government agencies
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors


Project Execution & Instructional Support

  • Develop and proofread training materials (e.g., DC content)
  • Deliver training as a program instructor (e.g., ABR)
  • Plan and execute event-based training programs (e.g., Champs League, RCC, international competitions)


Requirements:

1. Minimum education requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree (college diploma)

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
• At least 3 years of work experience; willingness to travel is required
• Experience in restaurant or food service operations is a plus

 

3. Basic skills requirements
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Chinese typing speed: 20–50 words per minute
• English typing speed: 20–50 words per minute
