Job Information
This role reports to the Assistant E-Commerce Manager and is responsible for overseeing partnerships and daily operations with food aggregator platforms for JRG restaurant brands — Pizza Hut, PHD, and KFC in Hong Kong and Macau. The Senior Officer supports the Assistant E-Commerce Manager in managing aggregator business performance to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Digital Sales: Support initiatives to grow the customer base and enhance the online customer experience.
- Sales Forecasting & Budget Achievement: Provide accurate sales forecasts and assist in implementing strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track daily sales performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis to identify best practices and market opportunities.
- Business Review & Opportunity Identification: Analyze performance by time slot, menu, and district to uncover growth opportunities.
- Campaign Effectiveness Analysis: Evaluate promotional campaigns using data-driven insights and recommend improvements.
- Menu & Product Optimization: Review menu performance, food cost, and operational feedback to suggest adjustments that enhance profitability.
- Digital Storefront Management: Ensure optimal brand visibility and conversion across aggregator platforms.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of digital campaigns and promotions.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned to support business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager title
- Prior experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or e-commerce is preferred
- Strong passion for data and analytics, with the ability to interpret insights and make informed recommendations
- Proven skills in partnership building and negotiation to drive business growth
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take ownership while working well under pressure
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI; quick learner of new tools and platforms
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
