Job Responsibilities:

[Role Overview] 

We are seeking a data-driven E-commerce Experience Supervisor to take ownership of our Conversion Rate (CVR) and Transaction Journey. 

This role is critical in identifying funnel leaks, optimizing the checkout experience, and implementing automated recovery strategies to maximize business growth.


[Key Responsibilities]

1. CVR Monitoring 

  • Execute CVR monitoring across both APP and Web platforms.
  • Establish an warning system to proactively detect anomalies in specific channels or app versions, ensuring immediate root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • On-site Communication optimization.
  • Optimize the placement and messaging of on-site banners and touchpoints to align with user behavior and business priorities.

2. Transaction Journey & Add-on Optimization

  • Partner with external vendors and internal IT team to optimize UI/UX for Add-on products, defining their placement, presentation logic, and recommendation algorithms to drive AOV.
  • Streamline the checkout funnel by optimizing every click-point (e.g., Payment flow) to reduce friction and increase completion rates.

3. New UI/UX Launch & System Management

  • Serve as the final gatekeeper for all UI/UX changes, holding the authority for "Conversion Risk Assessment" before any new feature goes live.
  • Ensure seamless operational integration for new features.


Requirements:


  • Technical Tools: High proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
  • Core KPIs:  CVR and Add-on Rate as primary success metrics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex user behavior data into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between UI/UX design, Engineering, and E-commerce/ MKT.
