Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

【Key Responsibilities 】

 1. 日常會計分錄及財務相關作業: 

　－進口貨款相關費用、供應商往來相關帳務處理 (倉儲、物流配送、庫存盤點相關作業) 。

　－門市成本及相關費用帳務審核 (進、退貨及庫存盤點相關帳務處理)。

2. 與門市、廠商成本銷貨成本相關問題協助排除及溝通。

3. 年度結帳以及總倉盤點作業等。


【Cost report & Analysis】 

1. 每月成本結算分析報表編製及與預算之間差異分析 。

2. 產品毛利差異分析及及財務建議。

3. 合併產品毛利計算、存貨評價、營業成本表、進銷存表...等成本管理報表編製 。

4. 協助門市檢視W+L成因並提供相關報告、差異分析及財務建議 。


【Budgeting & Latest Forecast & ad-hoc 】 

1. 與供應採購部協作，完成COS、倉儲物流配送等相關費用預算編製與差異評估分析。 

2. 處理成本相關ad-hoc專案。

Requirements:

Minimum education requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / Finance / Accounting related field.

Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • 3~5 years in finance or accounting position preferred.

Basic skills requirements

  • Language: Good command in Chinese; Basic English
  • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related application especially in Excel) SAP, D365 & Power BI system experience preferred.

Special competence required

  • Has a degree in accounting or financial administration
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Logical thinking and good communication skill
  • Proficient with excel, including pivot tables
  • A motivated and proactive team player, well collaborated
