Job Information

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the Company’s sustainability framework and strategy including creating and executing the vision, objectives and plan;
  • Build, maintain and utilize benchmarking, emerging trends research, reporting frameworks, and perform gap analyses to develop and evolve the sustainability strategy;
  • Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with internal as well as external partners such as NGOs, academic, research institution, association to drive sustainability achievements;
  • Support GHG inventory projects by integrating technical comprehension of SBTi, GHG Protocol, and other Scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions standards, and strategizing pathways to help the company align with emissions reduction targets;
  • Deliver key disclosures including managing various stakeholders to advance our credibility and reputation in line with internationally recognized frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB)
Requirements:
  • University Degree or above, holder of sustainability development, environmental management or other related disciplines would be a plus; 
  • At least 3 years of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of, and skills in, protocols and standards such as GRI Standards and SDGs; CSR trends and best practices; familiarity with areas such as internal carbon pricing, carbon trading, carbon rights, circular economy, and sustainable procurement is a plus
  • Authentic passion and drive for being an agent of change via sustainability; enthusiastic about leading initiatives from 0 to 1 
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; 
  • Exceptional communication (both Chinese and English), collaboration and analytical skills; 
  • Attention to detail and solid understanding of how to use data and research to drive efforts
