Job Responsibilities:

Lead multi-category growth plan & future pipeline 

  • To achieved assigned category target growth plan – Dessert, drink, breakfast
  • Category expansion and portfolio management 
  • Plan and execute annual A&P to meet multi-category growth target
  • Supervise BM and AM for career development 


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business, consumer and market data to develop strong customer insights for marketing priorities and activities;
  • Formulate a consumer and business insight led strategic marketing plan & category pipeline to deliver sales and transaction goals;
  • Supervise subordinates and grow individuals
  • Oversee category plan to ensure execution excellence
  • Regular business review – weekly & monthly 
  • Day-to-day business operation 
Requirements:

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • BS Degree with major in marketing. Statics or MBA is preferred.  

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • At least 5+ years of experience mainly in experience (FMCG/ Retail industry/E commerce).
  • Leadership experience is a must – this position needs to supervise two senior marketers
  • Preferred food industry  

3.    Basic skills requirements

  • Collaboration skill: 
  • Proven ability to build relationships with cross function through genuine communication, prompt action and effective problem solving;
  • Proven ability to lead, facilitate and negotiate with stakeholders, including navigating conflicting viewpoints
  • Commercial sense  
  • Business acumen, strong logic thinking and commercial planning skill
  • Good time management, business writing, organization and attention to detail

4.    Competence Requirements

  • Agile working attitude and can accept fast retailer speed& tempo.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills can well be managed for cross function communication skill 
  • Ability to work well under pressure with time management.
  • Positive thinking, self-driven, motivated, results oriented, adapt to change and open-minded for teamwork.
