Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary:


In charge of developing PH Online Ordering System (OLO) sales by enhance traffic, conversion rate (CVR) and ticket average (TA). Leverage media agencies and operate owned media to engage consumer ordering online.



Key Responsibilities 


Strategy and Sales (50%) 

  • Execute PH OLO sales strategy to meet the annual objective.
  • Grow owned online sales thru traffic/customer base growth thru managing traffic source (eg. Search (SEO/SEM), APP, Line, etc) and EC campaigns measured by ROAS/ROI. 
  • Grow CVR and TA thru Martech/ UIUX improvement by working with UX planner/digital-tech service team. 
  • Closely work with MKT team thru full funnel management for assigned marketing product campaigns to drive lower funnel performance thru work with CRM, performance agency.
  • Execute assigned digital projects to grow sales.

Data Analysis (20%)

  • Analyzing OLO sales and owned media performance with data-supported conclusions/actions.
  • Work with data team for deeper analysis for better sales improvement.
  • Develop and enhance regular report efficiency.

Agency (10%)

  • Manage agencies to optimize the investment.
  • Learn/apply new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.

Project management and Communication (15%)

  • Develop/implement assigned projects to grow OLO sales measured by ROAS/ROI.
  • Uplift efficiency on ways of working and build SOP for new task if needed.

Administration (5%)

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control.
  • Day-to-day EC site on-and-off shelf management by co-work with DTS & marketing team.


Requirements:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • Bachelor/Master degree 


2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • Bachelor/master’s degree required 
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Expertise in EC fields, EC platform related experience
  • Experience in operating owned media
  • Experience in managing digital/customer journey related initiatives is preferred
  • Agency background incl. MarTech, digital media or SEO, and focus on performance media (i.e paid media) is preferred.


3.    Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements

  • Must have - Google analysis, Google search console, PowerBI
  • Ability to execute EC campaigns to drive quality traffic and TA
  • Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
  • English verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others.
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
  • Growth mindset and open-minded for new tools, new platform, or net format to grow sales.
