Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the brand's digital transformation by leading integrated social and digital content strategies, executing digital initiatives (TTT 2.0), and accelerating eCommerce growth. This role bridges brand communication with performance marketing, collaborating closely with the EC & CRM teams to optimize own-platform performance (Website, App, LINE OA) while elevating media efficiency, agency governance, and team capabilities.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Digital & Communication Strategy & Execution
    • Manage brand social platform (FB/IG/Threads/Line OA) 
    • Develop digital and omnichannel communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and relevance while driving sales conversion 
    • In charge of social content calendar
  • Owned Platform Management & Growth 
    • Partner closely with EC and CRM teams to design high-converting communication and promotion strategies tailored for Own Platforms (Online Ordering Website, App)
    • Drive conversion to grow sales: Align brand campaigns with user journeys to minimize drop-offs and maximize Repeat Purchase Rates (RPR) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • In charge of OLO/APP digital intergrated marekting calendar 
  • Media & PR Management 
    • Drive media efficiency: Maximize marketing ROI/ROAS by continually optimizing media spend, channel mix, and agency performance tracking
    • Responsible for PR & Crsis management 
  • Leadership 
    • Mentor, develop, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Minimum education requirement
    • Bachelor degree required 
  • Relevant experience and minimum years required
    • At least 6 years related working experience. in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience.  Media agency or EC experience is preferred.
    • People management experience is must
  • Basic skills requirements
    • Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing complex digital ecosystems, including App ecosystems, first-party data strategies, and LINE Official Accounts (OA).
    • Analytical Mindset: Highly data-literate; comfortable navigating performance marketing metrics, media mix models, and consumer insights frameworks
    • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
    • Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
    • Good art sense
