Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary 

Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and driving Pizza Hut Taiwan’s commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable business growth through rigorous planning, data-driven insights, and strong cross-functional alignment. This role leads trading calendar ownership, pricing strategy, promotion planning, and own channel performance management, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure commercial priorities integrate seamlessly with brand and communication strategies. The position is a key leadership role with direct impact on revenue, margin, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Trading Calendar Leadership & Own Channel Performance
    • Own the full trading calendar, ensuring strong weekly and monthly commercial building blocks, own channel performance tracking, and proactive actions to deliver sales, ticket count (TC), ticket average (TA), and margin growth across all own channels.
    • Drive alignment with Marketing and Operations to ensure execution excellence and commercial impact.
  2. Pricing Strategy & Margin Management
    • Develop and optimize pricing strategies for all channels to balance competitiveness, customer value, and margin objectives.
    • Partner with Finance to evaluate pricing impacts, elasticity, and market dynamics.
  3. Promotional Strategy & Commercial Activation
    • Design and oversee commercial promotions, seasonal offers, and tactical programs aligned with brand campaigns and digital/CRM initiatives.
    • Ensure strong go-to-market planning, execution timing, and post-promotion performance reviews.
  4. Forecasting, Analytics & Market Insights
    • Lead demand forecasting, business performance reviews, and weekly commercial analytics.
    • Monitor competitive landscape, consumer insights, channel trends, and pricing movements to recommend strategic and tactical actions.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital/CRM, Operations, B2B, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure commercial plans are operationally feasible and financially sound.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
Requirements:

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or trade marketing roles within F&B, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing trading calendars, pricing, promotions, and commercial planning.
