Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

In charge of PH value proposition, single pizza value strategy with NPD to drive consumption frequency and younger branding with Wow products, driving sustainable growth to build strong PH innovative and value perception against competitors. The key job contents as below: 

  • Develop annual value menu strategy & Sales and PATAM growth
  • Develop value pizza new product pipeline and supervise new product development
  • Develop value line marketing calendar planning with sustaining targeted communication strategy
  • Develop value strategy with clear positioning and effective communication plan
  • Develop Wow product strategy to drive search intent and younger brand imagery
  • Develop total brand IP collaboration to create synergy
  • Consumer research development and management
  • Develop Communication/Advertising strategy and supervise the execution
  • People management and development 
  • Agency management and A&P management


  • Develop annual menu strategy & partnership with RD and PATAM growth.
  • Develop and implement PH value strategy for everyday occasions and fight against competitors.
  • Develop Wow product strategy to continuously surprise consumers and drive talkability and search intent.
  • Develop wow product branding strategy to become PH’s distinctive assets to be a younger brand.
  • Enhance value brand equity via product category development.
  • New Product Development and implementation: NPD, promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and post-tracking evaluation
  • ATL/BTL development and implementation: Print, radio, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc.
  • Conduct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and
  • Research development and implementation
  • To manage agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building
  • To supervise the communication program delivered on timing to achieve target brand/ad awareness
  • Team member coaching and development
  • To grow talent capability and maintain retention rate
  • To control A&P spending within budget 
  • To plan for annual non-Core brand strategy
  • To assist Marketing director on annual meeting/report
Requirements:

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  •    Master degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • At least 10 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience

3.    Basic skills requirements

  • Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
  • Strong commercial and business senses
  • New product/business development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
  • Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
  • Good art sense
