Job Responsibilities:

Job Overview

As a member of the Operations Digital Transformation Team, you will support daily operations through data analysis, project coordination, and digital tool adoption. This role works closely with operations teams to improve efficiency, support business initiatives, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Data Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze operational performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.

2. Project Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly data updates and presentations.
  • Track project progress and follow up on key action items.
  • Support project execution and coordination across teams.

3. Digital Tools & Training Support

  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools across operations teams.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documents.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve data utilization and reporting efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Gather and organize business requirements from operations teams.
  • Facilitate communication between operations and support functions.

5. System & Process Improvement

 

  • Support system implementation, testing (UAT), and user onboarding.
  • Collect user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Assist in improving operational tools and business processes.
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in data analysis, project coordination, or operations support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Experience in QSR, FMCG, Food aggregator, or Retail industry.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects.
