Job Information

Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize and conducting supervisory and management training programmes for senior frontline staff
  • Plan and develop new training programme to support the achievement of business objectives for Pizza Hut 
  • Liaise with internal/external parties for training and customer service-related projects
  • Planning & Budgeting: Participate in the formulation of annual training plans, budget allocation, and overall talent development strategies
  • Talent Development & Successor Pipeline: Manage the promotion, assessment, and development programs for store management and frontline staff to build a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Assist in conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to gain a deeper understanding of the knowledge and skills gaps among frontline staff
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Training, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of solid training experience in sizable companies, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Strong team player with good initiative and creative thinking.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Mature, able to handle multiple tasks, and capable of leading projects independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
