- Work with the TA Team to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill company' staffing needs across all brands and Shared Services departments.
- Support TA team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, making job offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
- Proactively reach out to external partners such as schools, NGOs, private institutions to promote JRG brand and offer employments/internships, build a strong network of referral contacts.
- Manage and organise job fairs, career talks and update recruitment flyers, design posters and posting of job ads.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics, data analytics and reporting.
- Develop and revamp onboarding and orientation materials, develop new initiatives/brand marketing campaigns to attract, recruit and retain talent.
- Collaborate with BP and C&B teams to establish recruitment and onboarding policies/SOP, develop, review and update hiring processes and workflow, support PNC projects when required.
- Degree in HRM or related disciplines.
- Min 7 years of work experience in TA function covering recruitment, search, and sourcing.
- Familiar with HK and GBA hiring practice and import labour scheme (ESLS).
- Experience in mass recruitment including frontline positions, a track record of successful placement of restaurant managers and FOH/BOH team members.
- Strong knowledge in utilizing technology, AI and recruitment platforms, and familiar with HRIS/ATS eg. PageUp, Avature, ServiceNow, etc.
- Sound knowledge in employment law and local recruitment practices.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese is preferred.
- Proficient in using MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, highly energetic, positive mindset and the ability to work independently and across teams.
