Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering user-centered digital projects across various sales channels, including digital apps, websites, e-commerce, and cross-media platforms, ensuring they are completed within the defined scope and schedule.
- Establish project schedules, manage activities, determine priorities, and drive the resolution of issues or defects while coordinating and aligning internal resources, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with business users to gather digital requirements and translate them into desirable frontend UI/UX designs. Convey design thinking into a visualizable plan that includes information architecture, interactive prototypes/mock-ups, customer journey and workflows.
- Develop and review business requirement documents to ensure alignment between business users and the digital team, facilitating seamless collaboration with other technology cross-teams.
- Manage testing activities by creating test plans, developing test cases, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage, and conducting tests, as necessary. Maintain communication with business users and stakeholders during UAT.
- Monitor and manage project progress and performance, ensuring effective resource management to achieve project objectives. Provide alternative or workaround solutions when necessary to ensure project success.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks across all projects while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and issues. Escalate critical issues to management when needed.
- Responsible for managing project deliverables while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for relevant business digital applications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years in digital app project management. CRM, Data-Driven Marketing Adtech/Martech is a plus.
- Strong project scoping, risk management, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese. Mandarin would be advantage.
- Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working with in-house and remote teams as well as third-party vendors.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver projects under tight deadlines.
