Position Purpose

Lead marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver business objectives. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing projects, from strategy development to execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management

    • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
    • Lead new product launches and limited-time offer campaigns from concept development to market execution
    • Manage product portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities
    • Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
    • Collaborate with creative, media, PR, CRM, and digital agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
    • Business Performance Management

    • Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness
    • Develop post-campaign evaluations and recommend optimization actions
    • Support forecasting and business planning processes
    • Drive initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets
    • Cross-functional Leadership

    • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, CRM, Digital, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
    • Coordinate project timelines and manage potential risks proactively
    • Build alignment across teams and drive accountability
Yêu cầu

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience in FMCG, QSR, Retail, Food & Beverage, advertising agencies, media agencies, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
