1. Minimum education requirement
- BS Degree with major in marketing. Statics or MBA is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- At least 4-5 years of experience mainly in trade marketing experience (FMCG/ Retail industry/E commerce).
- (Preference) 1-2 years in research agency for research planning and data analysis.
3. Basic skills requirements
- Good in data analysis and sensitive to numbers to figure out what works for the business.
- Strong logic and strategic thinking based on big data and can smoothly communicate with cross function given strong analytical and presentation skill.
- Strong commitment for timely respond and action.
- Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
4. Competence Requirements
- Agile working attitude and can accept fast retailer speed& tempo.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Good communication skills can well be managed for cross function communication skill
