Trách nhiệm công việc

Assist marketing manager to achieve annual Core business budget and solidify brand image via measurement of same store sales/transaction growth, market share performance, key product layer performance, and brand preference. The key job contents as below: 

  • Develop brand strategy and marketing calendar planning
  • Develop new product pipeline and supervise new product development 
  • Develop relevant and distinctive Communication/Advertising strategy and supervise the execution
  • Build sustainable festival equities, key messages for brand leadership
  • Supervise marketing calendar/program execution and product management 
  • Consumer research development and management 
  • Agency management
  • A&P management


To develop, validate and implement Core business initiatives to achieve company annual budget and market share objectives.

To supervise brand team on:

  • New Product Development and implementation: NPD, promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and post-tracking evaluation
  • Develop Premium/Classic pizza product, communication, and value strategy
  • ATL/BTL development and implementation: Digital/social, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc.
  • Conduct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and
  • Review with cross functions, and post-tracking evaluation
  • Research development and implementation
  • To manage agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building
  • To supervise the communication program delivered on timing to achieve target brand/ad awareness
  • To control A&P spending within budget
  • To support annual brand strategy / menu vision
  • To assist Marketing manager on annual/quarterly/monthly meetings/reports



Yêu cầu

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • Master degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • At least 6 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.

3.    Basic skills requirements

  • Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
  • New product/business development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
  • Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
  • Good art sense

4.    Competence Requirements

  • A proactive, energetic approach to business with strong ownership
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills with willingness in more service-oriented role for cross functional support
  • Be able to work under time pressure
  • Keen to receive new challenges for multi-functional tasks
