This position is in charge of PH value proposition to build strong PH value perception against competitors. In addition to current single pizza value strategy, this position also needs to propose PH value 2.0 strategy to drive sustainable growth and expand value product platform to other product lines.

50% | l Develop and implement PH value 2.0 strategy for everyday occasions and fight against competitors to achieve sales & PATAM target and enhance PH value brand equity l New Product Development and implementation: NPD, promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and post-tracking evaluation l ATL/BTL development and implementation: Digital, CRM, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc. l Conduct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis l Research development and implementation |
30% | l Manage and supervise agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building l Weekly media performance tracking to optimize CPM, CPE, ROAS l Weekly sales tracking to ensure business is on track and propose emergency plan to enhance sales if needed |
20% | l Control A&P spending within budget l Assist marketing manager on regular meeting/report preparation l Ad-hoc tasks |
Qualifications/ Competence Requirements
1. Minimum education requirement
l Master degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
l At least 5~8 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
3. Basic skills requirements
l Analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
l Strong commercial and business senses
l New product/business development experience
l Project management experience
l Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
l Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
4. Competence Requirements
l A proactive, energetic approach to business with strong ownership
l Team player
l Strong communication skills with willingness in more service-oriented role for cross functional support
l Be able to handle multi-tasks under time pressure
l Open minded and agile to learn and observe from internal and external
l Self-motivated with good learning attitude
5. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
