About the Role

Pizza Hut Taiwan is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist,  to join our brand team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of digital content across Pizza Hut’s owned media channels—including our website, PK App, and social platforms (LINE OA, Instagram, Facebook)—and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns that drive business growth and brand love.

 

Responsibilities

Digital/ Own Media Initiative

l   Drive own media initiatives and work closely with Digital Operation team

l   Develop and implement digital calendar that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the company. 

l   Assist in content planning, publishing, and optimization across official digital channels (Website, App, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

l   Lead Line OA and Line eco system. Familiar with tagging and data management and innovate the Line channel strategy. 

l    Coordinate with creative agencies, media vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns

l   Support the implementation of brand and promotional campaigns on digital platforms to drive business growth and brand awareness.

l   Monitor performance metrics and prepare campaign reports and competitive analysis

l   Assist in managing digital ad assets and communication with media agencies

l   Handle ad hoc tasks and administrative support for digital projects

l   PH website update: brief to internal designer & review layout

 

PR management

l   Work with PR agency and internal customer service/080 for brand PR management

l   Work with PR agency to enhance media relationship

 

Media

l   Media plan: develop brief to agency, review agency proposal and cue, supervise agency for execution and revise, post-tracking.

l   PR/event: brief, event support, post-tracking

l   Media dropping plan: brief, review proposal, implementation monitor, post-tracking.

Yêu cầu

Basic skills requirements

  • Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of social media content strategies and platform best practices

Minimum education requirement

  • BS Degree with major in marketing, MBA is preferred but not a must.

 

Relevant experience and minimum years required.

  •  At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related fields
  • Experience in managing brand-owned platforms such as websites, apps, or e-commerce pages
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LINE Ads)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LINE OA Manager
  • Interest in the food industry or FMCG sector
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
