【Coach and train subordinate】
• Job assignment
• Facilitate and development team member
• Motivate subordinate a higher level of moral & productivity

【Negotiation & Supplier Management】
• Negotiation with qualified vendors and review contract.
• Review supplier’s performance.
• Develop potential suppliers.
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers.

【Project Management】
• Cooperate with different department to ensure project can be delivered on time and with high quality.
• Control time and quality of assigned projects.

【Other】
• Ad-hoc support with company needs

Yêu cầu

1. Minimum education requirement
• University or above.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
• 8 years of experience in the food purchase related filed (chain store, food solution, FMCG or retailing related industry is preferred) and 3 years of supervisor position in charge logistic and/or supply chain management.
3. Basic skills requirements
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications).
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
4. Competence Requirements:
• Commodity market information awareness.
• International trade experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• A strongly customer-focused attitude.
