The Buyer Assistant Manager leads the sourcing and procurement activities for both new product development (NPD/LTO) and regular portfolio items. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing contract negotiations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of goods and services. The incumbent plays a key role in cross-functional project launches and long-term vendor partnerships.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. 6+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

3. Experience in NPD sourcing and contract management is required.

Competence Requirements:

1. Strong negotiation, contract, and supplier management skills.

2. Cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management.

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP).

5. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
