Trách nhiệm công việc

In charge of achieving KFC Food Aggregator (Uber Eats and foodpanda) sales target by working with FAs to plan/implement campaigns on a monthly/yearly basis under JRG KFC guideline and collaborate with internal team (MKT/OP) to optimize commercial plans based on clients and consumer feedback.


Plan and Sales (40%)

  • Develop and execute KFC FA strategy/Plan to meet the annual Sales objective.
  • Closely work with MKT team to align on pricing/products to ensure FA programs to deliver incremental sales growth.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly sales review and analysis, to find out solutions to mitigate business gap.
  • Ability to get close with market trend including platform development, competitor movement and consumer performance.
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of shoppers, product offerings in FA menu.


Account Management (30%)

  • Negotiating promo plans, and innovations. eg. Trade Management (promotion scheme planning, exposure planning, monthly review and resource negotiation). 
  • Preparing and Aligning Annual Joint Business Plan. 
  • Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with FA.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of FA needs and requirements.
  • Preparing volume forecast and plans & A&P management.


Communication (20%)   

  • Collaborating very closely with teams from other functions eg. Menu design with MKT. 
  • Resolve any issues and problems and act as a link between FA and the KFC.
  • Ability to lead at least +1 dedicated person for the channel, to support all admin work in the platform.


Administration (10%)

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control.


Yêu cầu
1.    Minimum education requirement
•    Bachelor

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required
•    A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in trade marketing (FMCG or EC platform), familiar with aggregator platform is a plus.  

3.    Basic skills requirements/Competency
•    Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
•    English verbal and written skills
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others.
•    Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
