  • As a team lead of voucher business, your primary responsibilities will be to drive sales growth and explore new opportunities for Pizza Hut & KFC Taiwan.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that encompass revenue generation, profit maximization, and pricing optimization for both existing and new partners. (e.g., Edenred, SYSTEX, LINE, Momo)
  • Lead a team to deliver financial targets by developing strategies and effectively executing voucher initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with partners to optimize voucher strategies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on voucher performance, planning, forecast, and new opportunities to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between partners during promotional periods to ensure all channels maintain sales levels and maximize effectiveness.
  • Gather and analyze market insights into consumers, products, and sales channels to tailor voucher strategies accordingly. 
  • Negotiate contracts, promotions, commercial terms, and align annual joint business plan with existing and new partners.
  • Provide leadership to create an environment where you will empower your team to strive for innovation, embrace change, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit.
Yêu cầu
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in voucher-related business, with a strong background in e-commerce, gifting, or welfare is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and innovative sales techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage sales performance through data-driven insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships at all levels and adapt effectively to diverse situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills, and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Proactive leadership that inspires and elevates the performance of the team through effective motivation and guidance.
  • High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be a strategic thinker yet hands on executor, solid relationship with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English will be preferrable.
