Position Summary:

In charge of growing KFC Instore Digital Sales (Kiosk/BYOD), PK APP e-Voucher sales and deliver EC related projects. The key KPI: Digital sales, PK e-Voucher selling and redemption sales, EC project delivery.


【Strategy and Sales】 

  • Execute KFC in-store digital sales (Kiosk/BYOD) strategy to meet the annual objective.
  • Enhance in-store digital ordering and humanization experiences, ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience that aligns with customer preferences/needs.
  • Grow Ticket Average and CVR rate thru UIUX improvement and add-on project by working with MKT / UX planner/ DTS team.
  • Drive growth in PK e-Voucher sales and redemption through strategic planning, owned channel communication, and performance measurement via ROAS/ROI to increase market penetration
  • Develop/implement assigned projects to grow OLO sales measured by ROAS/ROI.
  • Work with data team for deeper analysis for better sales improvement
  • Learn/apply new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience


【Project management and Communication】

  • Lead/Implement the assigned Digital projects by co-operate with cross-functional teams thru effective communication/coordination.
  • Uplift efficiency on ways of working and build SOP for new task if needed.


【Administration】

  • Regular basis reporting incl performance review and project updates.
  • Day-to-day KIOSK / BYOD / PK e-voucher on-and-off shelf management by co-work with OP / MKT / DTS team.
Yêu cầu

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • Bachelor/Master degree 

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Expertise in EC fields, EC platform related experience
  • Experience in launching digital initiatives, project management, and a keen interest in marketing and technology is preferred
  • Experience in managing digital/customer journey-related initiatives is preferred

3.    Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements

  • Must have – GA4, PowerBI
  • Ability to execute EC campaigns to drive quality traffic and TA
  • Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others.
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
  • Growth mindset and open-minded for new tools, new platform or net format to grow sales.
  • Good English verbal and written skills
