JOB PURPOSE

The role of the RD supervisor responsibilities will be commercialization of New Product Development initiatives & the management of local & global core suppliers and products, also supervise team member.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Product Development:
  • Respond for category assigned 
  • Supervise team member, co-work with cross-function. (MKT/SCM/OP/FIN)
  • New Product Development related
    •    Cross function co-work: Pre-meeting, OPS shakedown, MKT consumer validation test and TVC, KV product shooting
    •    New product quality confirmation and monitoring
  • Shake Down:
    •    New product pre-shakedown with OP
    •    New product Shakedown with OP 
  • New Product Training:
    •    Training material preparation
    •    New product training with OP
    •    D365 system recipe maintain
  • New Product quality & Safety management:
    •    Specification build
    •    Trial run for new product
    •    Post audit quality check
    •    New product PQNC
  • D-365 system data maintain


Yêu cầu

1.    Minimum education requirement 

•    Majors Preferred: Food or related field

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

•    Minimum of 3 years of food manufacturing or Quick Service Restaurant RD experience

•    Supervise team member experience minimum 2 years

3.    Basic skills requirements

•    Language: English read and written.

•    Computer: Basic word, excel and power point
