Trách nhiệm công việc
  • Collaborate with Operations to design and implement comprehensive training solutions, ensuring service and product quality consistently meet or exceed standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of training manuals and operational standards.
  • Manage course enrollment processes, maintain accurate training records, and prepare insightful training statistics reports.
  • Support ad hoc projects and events as assigned.
  • Ensure effective execution of in-store training programs.
Yêu cầu
  • Diploma or above in Training, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training and development.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and both Chinese and English word processing.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Training Officer.
