職務職責

JOB PURPOSE

 
To lead the team of Food Aggregator (Uber Eats and Food Panda) to achieve JRGTW Sales Goal, thru:
  1. Formulating FA business strategy based on corporate business direction 
  2. Maximizing the FA sales result thru optimizing ads and promotion effectiveness 
  3. Supervising and coaching the team to deliver quality results 
  4. Collaborating with internal team (MKT/OP) to optimize commercial plans 
  5. Maintaining Good partnership with Food Aggregators
 

 

 

Key Responsibilities AND % OF TIME SPENT ON EACH

Strategy and Sales
  1. Develop JRGTW FA strategy/Plan/Calendar to meet the annual Sales objective.

 

  1. Closely work with MKT team to align on pricing/products to ensure FA programs to deliver incremental sales growth 
  2. Conduct weekly/monthly sales review to identify the growth driver and blocker with actions for management review 
  3. Monitor FA market trend including platform development, competitor movement and consumer performance
  4. Have in-depth understanding of shoppers, product offerings for FA operation

  •  
Account Management
  1. In charge of Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and new initiatives. 
  2. Develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with FA
  3. Acquire a deep understanding of FA needs and requirements
  4. Responsible for Annual Joint business Plan with assigned customers 
  5. Supervise volume forecast and plans & A&P management

Collaboration & others
  1. Lead to collaborating with cross function eg. Menu design and pricing with MKT 
  2. Lead to resolve any issues and problems between FA and JRGTW
  3. Control A&P spending to ensure its efficiency/effectiveness.  
  4. Ensuring that all advertising and promotion materials follow the appropriate legal and YUM guideline.

People Development
  1. Lead and supervise EC team to deliver sales target/KPIs
  2. Develop team members thru ongoing coaching and support.

Qualifications/ Competence Requirements 

  1. Minimum education requirement
    • Bachelor degree required. Business related major is preferred. 

 

  1. Relevant experience and minimum years required
  • A minimum of 5 years’ related account management experience (FMCG Ecom or EC platform is preferred) familiar with aggregator platform is a plus, with at least 2 years of people management experience. 
  • Expertise in the EC platform account management with the experience below:
  • Develop/implement account strategy/implementation plan. 
  • JBP experience and contract Negotiation 
  • Understand Trade marking/digital media
  • Good Experience in managing yearly budget and A&P.
  • Good Experience in leading team and cross-function collaboration.
