職務職責

ERP Support

  • Participate in ERP implementation projects, including client training, system setup, testing, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure integration with other systems
  • Perform system testing and quality checks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues
  • Provide additional consulting and support as needed
  • Assist in estimating project timelines and costs
  • Keep timesheets updated accurately and on time
  • Stay informed about the latest ERP features and updates

Data Support 

  • Support the implementation of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Help build and maintain scalable and dependable data pipelines
  • Support developing and enhancing our data warehouse, data lake, and other storage solutions.
  • Work with data engineers, analysts, and software developers to ensure smooth data flow
要求
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics Management, Retail, Manufacturing/Production, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Applications project management
  • Experience in CRM, Data-Driven Marketing, Adtech/martech and D365 is highly desirable
  • Practical experience with any ERP system (such as Oracle EnterpriseOne/JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Sun Accounts, etc.) or HRIS systems will be considered
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Exposure to programming languages e.g. Python, Java, or Scala for data processing
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with in-house teams, remote teams, and third-party vendors
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role
