【Engagement program and Corporate Social Responsibility】
•Plan, execute and evaluate employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives including but not limited to Year-end Party, Christmas Party, Core Value Award, and sports day etc. that motivate employees at all levels of the company.
•Support to develop plans, build relationships with partner organizations and implement a range of activities and initiatives to reach the company’s CSR objectives.
【Employee relationship and Communication】
•Implement and communicate positive employee relations strategies that foster and promote company culture as well as encourage a harmonious, trusting and win-win relationship between employees and the company.
【Project Management 】
•Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager to meet business dynamic need.
•Perform other related duties as required and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
•3-5 years HR working experiences in large scale companies
•ER working experience is a plus
•Good learning attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills •Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
