職務職責
  • Be responsible for category management & IMC/NPD planning along with promotion scheme/ NPD for individual layer business (burger).
  • Agency management & cross functional communication
  • Category portfolio management pre & post tracking review of individual layer (burger).
  • New Product Development and implementation: NPD, promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and post-tracking evaluation
  • ATL/BTL development and implementation: Digital, social, WOM, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc.
  • To manage agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building
  • Monthly review and control on A&P budget
  • Conduct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis
  • Ad-hoc research development and implementation
  • To work with brand marketing team, commercial marketing team and DO team to optimize product visibility in own channel
要求

Minimum education requirement 

      BS Degree with major in Marketing or Mass Communication. MBA is preferred. 

Relevant experience and minimum years required.

      At least 6 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.

      Trade marketing experience is preferred.

      People management experience is preferred.

      Keen to receive new challenges for multi-functional tasks

      Self-motivated with good learning attitude

Basic skills requirements

      Strong commercial sense, numerical/data analysis

      Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight

      New product/business development experience is preferred

      Project management experience

      Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)

      Good art sense

      Quick reaction and multi-tasking

      Problem solving skill

      Well interpersonal skill, especially communication to internal (RD, FIN, SCM, OP, EC, B2B) and external (agencies, co-op partners) counterparts

      Result-oriented thinking

      Comfortable in English communication (listen, read, speak, and write)
