職務職責
  • 負責食包材及原物料採購全流程管理（需求規劃、下單執行及交期追蹤）
    Own end-to-end sourcing of food packaging and raw materials, covering demand planning, PO execution, and on-time delivery management.
  • 執行供應商開發、評估與績效管理，確保品質、成本競爭力及供應穩定
    Drive supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance management to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity
  • 主導或參與商務談判，推動成本優化與節省專案
    Lead commercial negotiations and drive cost optimization initiatives aligned with business targets
  • 支援新品開發（NPD）導入，規劃供應策略與供應能力
    Support new product development (NPD) with sourcing strategy and supply readiness
  • 管理訂單履約及供應規劃，確保門市營運穩定
    Manage order fulfillment and supply planning to ensure consistent store operations
  • 負責進出口作業與國際物流協調（含報關），確保合規與效率
    Oversee import/export operations and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • 與營運、品保、研發、財務及行銷等跨部門協作，推動專案執行與落地
    Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA,RD, Finance,MKT) to drive business initiatives and ensure execution
  • 進行採購數據分析與績效報告（成本、交期、供應表現），並提出改善建議
    Generate data-driven insights and performance analysis (cost, lead time, supplier performance) to support decision-making
  • 管理採購合約及供應商KPI，持續優化供應商績效
    Manage contracts and supplier KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • 執行請款作業與應付帳款流程管理，確保作業準確與時效性
    Manage invoice processing and payment application to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • 操作與維護D365採購系統作業，確保資料正確性與流程合規性
    Operate and maintain D365 procurement system transactions, ensuring data integrity and process compliance
  • 主導或參與專案執行與跨部門任務，達成業務目標
    Lead or support project execution and cross-functional initiatives to meet business objectives
  • 製作數據分析與管理報表，提供決策支持與營運洞察
    Develop data analysis and reporting to generate actionable insights and support business decisions
要求
  • 大學以上學歷
  • 具2年以上採購相關工作經驗
  • 具商業談判與溝通能力，且能獨立作業
  • 熟悉 MS Office 工具（Excel、Word、PowerPoint），具報表與分析能力
  • 基本英文讀寫能力，可閱讀合約條文與進行簡易書信溝通
