職務職責
  1. Develop annual dessert/side dish portfolio strategy to meet consumer preferences and trends. 
  2. Work closely with the Product Development team to innovate and refine dessert/side dish offerings. 
  3. Review and optimize product development and launch processes with cross-functional teams to deliver "One team, One brief, One plan." 
  4. Oversee PR strategies for promoting dessert/side dish categories. 
  5. Plan and implement product launch and promotional activities for dessert/side dish lines. 
  6. Conduct promotional proposals based on financial analysis for dessert/side dish categories. 
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for review and conduct post-promotion evaluation. 
  8. Manage agencies to deliver effective communication and insights that influence consumer perception of desserts/side dishes for business/brand building and enhancing product image. 
  9. Supervise promotional campaigns to ensure timely execution and achieve brand awareness targets for dessert/side dish products. 
  10. Enhance promotional efficiency to maximize ROI for dessert/side dish campaigns. 
  11. Manage consumer insight projects related to dessert/side dish preferences and act as the contact window for cross-team alignment. 
  12. Control A&P spending for dessert/side dish categories within budget.
要求

1. Minimum Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communication required; MBA preferred

2. Relevant Experience and Minimum Years Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or F&B preferred
  • Brand and social marketing experience
  • Project management and new product development experience preferred
  • High-growth performance with a fast-track record
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Digital and advertising experience preferred
  • Retail industry experience preferred
